Why can't applicants use the same email address on Hunt?

Applicants cannot share an account on Hunt and submit two different applications at the same time.

When we conduct tenant screening as part of the application, we connect to Experian. As a security precaution, Experian requires us to identify a tenant's identity prior to pulling their credit report. Therefore we can only allow one tenant per account, and each account that gets created on Hunt needs their own email address.

What if Renters used the same email address on their applications?

If two applicants used the same email address they will need to contact support@hunt.com to resolve the issue.
